Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the concierge who provided excellent service, although the rooms were in a terrible state of disrepair and required constant attention, unfortunately not always done properly. The hotel's location offers a peaceful experience along the Garden Route but is a fair distance from town and other attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with friendly staff, though improvements could be made for specific dietary requirements.

The hotel offers stunning ocean and golf course views from the rooms, which are spacious with gorgeous bathrooms and toiletries provided. The service is super friendly and helpful, accommodating all requests with a smile and being very welcoming to kids. The location is perfect, surrounded by mountains and sea views, with a great golf course, spa, and swimming pools available. The dining experience could be more varied, but the facilities are well-maintained and enjoyable.
