Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the concierge who provided excellent service, although the rooms were in a terrible state of disrepair and required constant attention, unfortunately not always done properly. The hotel's location offers a peaceful experience along the Garden Route but is a fair distance from town and other attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with friendly staff, though improvements could be made for specific dietary requirements.
